What to Make of TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

TabTrade - What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

His background matters. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still preferable to a random name you cannot trace.

The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. Usually a new brokerage starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

The instrument list: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For something this new, that range is broad.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both matters. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the more modern one. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural once they try it.

FIX API is there for bots but needs the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is apparently coming. That should round things out when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade can sit under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. This broker does not.

VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.

Infrastructure

The execution is the thing Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. The point is they invested in proper execution. That signals something about priorities.

Combine those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Hardly anyone in this bracket have infrastructure at this level.

Safety

Here is the part you need to be straight about. TabTrade is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there.

However. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement costs real money. Scam brokers do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. This does not guarantee anything. It should be part of how you think about it.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that makes sense depends on you.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard sign-up bonus. You put money in, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you commit.
